A rewarding Account Manager opportunity has now become available for a very successful organisation based in Guiseley. You will be given the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis and when in the office you will be in a state of the art environment.As Account Manager you will: * Operate within competitive marketplace managing existing accounts and developing the prospects of clients* Negotiate appropriate contracts with clients* Production of sales quotes and tenders* Increase new business revenue in line with personal and team sales targets* Manage accounts with confident forms of communication whether that be via phone, email or face to face* Continually maximise retention revenues* Educate yourself on the market, trends and competitors, ensuring an eagerness to surpass any competition* Report on activity and other elements depending on internal business needs* Operate in line with the companys outstanding customer service levels* Work closely with internal teams who manage the aftersales and customer care processTo be successful as Account Manager you must: * Have a burning desire to establish, maintain and exceed client relationships and expectations* Prior B2B sales or Account Management experience* Possess a natural professional and autonomous approach to your workload* Want to strive to achieve the best possible results* Confident in communication and act with a solutions led mindset* Be well organised and enjoy managing a high workload whilst balancing priorities* Be detail orientated* Competent user of MS OficeIn return you will receive a basic salary offering in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 with the chance of earning up to 105% of your basic salary in bonus too, meaning top earners will achieve in the region of £61,500 per annum!
