Excellent role on offer for a Sales and Estimating Director looking to join a rapidly growing, market leading company where you will play an integral part in their growth and shape the future of the business.Do you have experience managing day to day operations in an estimating office Do you have a background in Joinery or fitoutsThis market leading company have gone from strength to strength to the point of being recognised as a leading force within their industry. Despite the Covid Pandemic, they have experienced 5 times growth in the last couple of years. Due to their expansion they are actively looking for an ambitious Sales and Estimating Director to support their operations. In this role you will be regarded as a the go to person in the estimating department by leading the day to day operations. You will be accountable for the estimation and pre-construction handover process whilst working with cross company departments. You will need to evaluate and manage all contractual, commercial and technical risk in the tender process. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a Senior Leadership role manging day to day operations within a Joinery or Fitout environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to develop their skillset whilst stepping into a highly responsible role. The Role;
