Customer Support Administrator GuildfordUp to £23K plus benefitsMy client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Administrator to join their team within the heart of surrey. The Customer Support Administrator will responsible for providing outstanding customer service to their clients. The Customer Support Administrator will:Identify any issues and report these to the management teamBe the first point of contract for both internal and external customer related issues Be responsible of ticket queue alongside team members, ensuring these are actioned within the agreed time levelSharing knowledge of customer accounts and process to ensure team members provide the same level of service Work alongside the Account Managers in managing the customer accounts on a daily basisBe responsible of managing the ticket quote system to ensure these are resolved within the agreed SLAsDeliver effective working relationships with key customer contacts and ensure customers expectations are met Continuously update the team members on the clients activity and processes to ensure the same level of service is provided to the clients Assist the team with any other administrative dutiesThe Ideal candidate will:Have strong communication skills; both verbal and writtenWork well under a pressurised environmentHave outstanding attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft officeHave a good knowledge of the mobile, hardware and web portal modulesBe collaborative with a solution-focused approachIn return you would be working within a fantastic organisation plus health insurance, option to purchase extra holidays, pension and more!
