HR OfficerPermanentFull Time (30 -37 hrs per week)£23-£28k per annum dependent on experiencePontyclun areaAbout us:CMC Ltd provide bespoke Case Management services to adults and children with a range of life-changing conditions, such as birth injuries, Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury.We are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales as central to our service is the recruitment and management of hand-picked care teams on behalf of our clients.The teams may consist of 1 part- time support worker, right up to a large team providing 24/7 2:1 care. We currently manage around 80 Support Workers/Carers and expect this number to rise in future.We are proud to be a growing company, and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic HR all-rounder who can work on their own initiative, whilst being proactive and able to juggle multiple HR tasks through the day.About the role:Ideally you will have a strong HR generalist background and experience, preferably in the Social Care sector. You will be a team player, with highly effective organisational skills, first class interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead when needed.We are a small, friendly team and the role will be based at our office near Pontyclun.This is both a rewarding and interesting role for a HR professional who enjoys working in a busy environment, working to deadlines and who thrives on no two days being the same.The successful post holder will be working closely with the Operations Director and existing administration team to continue to develop the HR function within CMC.A full Job Description is available at our website.What we offer
