The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and numerical skills. This is a great opportunity and will suit someone who enjoys developing workingrelationships in a supportive fast moving environment where full training will be provided.A SNAPSHOT OF THE ACCOUNT HANDLERS’ DAY…* Provide administrative support to the Directors and Senior Account Handlers of the company in respect of new and existing business* Process client credit limit appeals and cancellations* Data Analysis * Ensure satisfactory reporting of clients overdue accounts* Collate and process client claims through to payment* Presentation of documents* Interpretation and support for clients* Negotiating* Managing your own clients providing expert advice (once you have completed your training)Does this sound like a good fit for you Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:* Excellent communicator both written and verbal* Outstanding level of accuracy and attention to detail* Self-motivated with an ability to accomplish results in a quick yet professional manner* Flexible with a can do attitude* Ability to develop relationships* Previous Insurance experience would be ideal or experience in an Account Management/ Client Management roleYou may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
