You will be qualified to level 2 or above and / or have significant experience in working with children with SEN and chalenging behaviour on a 121 basis. Experience of Autism, communication needs and Team Teach training would be beneficial. A resilient and positive attitude is essential!The role...The role is to provide 121 support to a pupil with SEN, managing their behaviour and assisting with communication.
