Job Description

Senior Administrator – Grimsby – £25,000 - £35,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a dynamic IFA business going through a period of growth to recruit a Senior IFA Administrator be based in their Grimsby office. You will support the Advisor, providing an efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service.Senior Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely execution of client instructions, cheques, contract notes and policy documents Prepare HR related documentation
  • Personal support to the adviser
  • Monitor and manage the adviser’s diary
  • Deal with all bespoke adviser queries and requests
  • Act as a point of contact for the client in the adviser’s absence and deal with client queries
  • Process change of agency & LOAs as per the adviser instruction form
  • Add plans to Advisor Office/X Plan following receipt of LOA confirmation from provider
  • Carry out all pre submission checks for compliance and AML documents ensuring valid and certified where applicable
  • Submit to Business Processing Team all New Business Submission Sheets and Adviser Instruction Forms
  • Use common tasks, workflows and lifecycles within Advisor Office/X Plan for all client and plan related activity
  • Add new Leads and Clients onto Advisor Office/X Plan
  • Hours:Full-time, Monday to FridayRequired Skills & Experience:
  • Strong client service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience within an IFA Office
  • IRESS Advisor office/XPLAN experience desirable
  • Knowledge of risk profile templates such as E Value and Dynamic Planner desirable
