Inplant Production SupportGRIMSBYCompetitive Salary depending on experience, pension, competitive holiday packageA fantastic opportunity has arisen with the world leader in the development and production of inks, dyes and functional coatings serving the packaging, publication, graphic arts, coatings, plastics, cosmetics and industrial markets.Thanks to our innovative products and great team - we are proud that the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity for Inplant Production Support to join our professional Inplant team based in Grimsby.Purpose of the Job:Provide additional support to the Inplant Manager and day shift teams to cope with the additional workload of the new press. Cover day shift holidays and provide shift cover for long term sickness.Predominately day shift Mon-Fri. Requirement to switch to 12 hour shift pattern to assist with cover for long term sickness if required. Working hours are 42 per week, any hours worked over this are given as time off in lieu.This is an opportunity to join an established team of dedicated technicians providing 24/7 cover to our customer. We will be looking for a flexible team player willing to learn or adapt current skills to suit this role with the ability to follow proceduresand instructions. An attitude with high regard for safety is essential. All team members are supported by an onsite management structure.For the right person training will be provided. Together with continual training programmes to develop the individual.Key responsibilities include:Yard duties including operating an FLT to unload delivery vehicles and storage of products in bunded cabinets, housekeeping, stock replenishment for the ink department and bulk supply room.Assist shift teams with production including colour matching and delivery/return of inks to press.Qualifications / Experience Critical for the job Holder
