Our client based in Grimsby in the not for profit sector is seeking a HR Officer to join them on an interim basis and starting immediately in a standalone capacity reporting to the HR Business Partner off site with an hourly pay equivalent to a salary of £26,000 on offer.What does the role entailAs the HR Officer working in a standalone position reporting in to the hospital Director on a day to day basis and with a HR reporting line to the HR Business Partner who is based on another site. You will deal with all day to day HR activities, be the first point of contact for all HR and policy queries, manage hospital KPI’s and any ER issues that arise including Investigations. This will be a varied role and will include a variety of other duties.What skills will you haveAs the HR Officer you will be able to carry out the duties listed above and will be happy coming in to a HR position that is standalone ad without a handover too. You will be happy with ER issues and will ideally have started or completed CIPD qualifications. As well as having the skills to be a success in this role you will be resilient and flexible, be able to meet tight deadlines and be happy working on your own initiative too.
