Job Description

Health and Safety Advisor Location: Grimsby / BostonSalary: £34,226.15 per annumDo you have knowledge in health and safety legislation within the construction sector and experience in working on a wide range of building typesDo you hold a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent in Health & Safety ManagementIf the answer is yes…. then our clients have a great opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their Health & Safety Team.They’re offering an excellent salary of £34,226.15 plus some great benefits!The RoleAs a Health & Safety Advisor you will be responsible for the assisting in the development, monitoring and administration of the companys Health and Safety (H&S) policy relating to all activities across all of their sites. What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Health & Safety Advisor
  • NEBOSH NGC/ Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Health and Safety management
  • Experience of construction activities on a wide range of building types, particularly occupied premises
  • Experience in Health and Safety Legislation, regulations and obligations and safe working practices
  • Experience of developing and conducting Health and Safety training
  • Good general IT skills with knowledge (and ideally experience) of H&S IT systems
  • Good presentation skills and experience in delivering presentations/briefings to large groups face to face and remotely
  • Excellent stakeholder management & negotiating and influencing skills
  • Experience of CDM 2015 Regulations in particular the CDM Principal Contractor/Designer roles
  • Experience of project management & development is desirable
  • Access to a car and full driving license with the ability to work flexibly from various locations across Lincolnshire
