You willalso have the opportunity to work with diverse and delicious products that are sourced responsibly and sustainably from over 50 different protein sources from 5 continents.You will be a key team member of the finance/operations cluster, reporting on yield and labour performance for varying timescales. Support a continuous improvement plan, improving data feeds and communication from factory floor through to the Head of Operations,reporting accurate/meaningful data to support accurate informative decision makingKey Accountabilities:- Assistance in the preparation of monthly accounts for the Cluster.- To act as a professional and trusted financial support to the Finance Cluster Lead and Head of Operations across all operational costs.- To act as a professional and trusted financial support to the Finance Cluster Lead and liaise at a cross functional level- Ensure MI is consistent, honest, open, routinely reviewed.- The application of financial rigor to all activity to ensure value for money.- Preparation and reconciliation of all stock items internal and external, highlighting any risks of obsolescence.- Collecting, analysing, and reviewing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement and cost reductions- Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data- Assist in the trending of reports and material variances communicating reports in a timely manner.- Assist with development, and implementation of policies and programs that guide the organisation in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability- Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate.Experience required:- Experience in manufacturing / operational accounting.- Evident confidence in presentation, communication and negotiating with professional peer groups.- Efficient in delivering objectives and key measures.- Track record of delivery- A personal commitment to role model behaviours- A working understanding of Microsoft Office- AAT Qualified- Studying towards or ability to complete CIMA / ACCAIf you feel right for the role, please apply now.
