Job Description

Family Fee EarnerGrimsby Up to £32,000 + benefits (Dependent upon experience)I am working exclusively with one of our clients who are recognised as one of the leading mutli disciplined law firms across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Fee Earner to join their Grimsby Office.This is a highly successful Law firm dealing with a wide range of clients, providing you with the perfect opportunity to get stuck into high quality work whilst also really encouraging your career development by working closely with award winning Partners ontheir caseloads.Our client envisages that you will have a solid background in private family law and have a particular passion for this area of law; no qualifications are needed and if you aspire to qualify through CILEx, this firm will fully support you with this and yourcareer development.   • You will be fully welcomed into the firms Family team and collaborate closely with the Partners, and you will help to form part of a small team within the larger department.
  • This role will see you working in an unusual team structure by collaborating closely with the Partners, Solicitors and fee earners on your team and providing them with high-level support on complex family cases.
  • You will be working on financial matters, divorce, children, cohabitation agreements, disputes between unmarried couples just to name a few. On occasion you may also be exposed to some property dispute matters that arise too.
  • You can expect to be partaking in training conducted by both colleagues internally and external professionals.
The candidate
  • To be successful within the role you will ideally be a Paralegal, with a background in private Family law with a can-do attitude for delivering exceptional levels of client care.
  • You must be a team player with a can-do attitude that is highly academic and willing to embrace all that you would learn in this role.
  • The firm are looking for a dedicated individual to commit on a long-term basis as this will absolutely encourage your overall career development.
