Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison Administrator to join a successful and growing international wealth management group.This ambitious, established company are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills to work alongside support staff and advisers in delivering a trusted and quality service to clients.Main duties will include:

  • Careful knowledge of and adherence to company policies and procedures, working to always meet company standards and timeframes.
  • Professional communication with colleagues, clients and product providers.
  • Diary management and administrative support to advisers, including acting as point of contact in the advisers absence.
  • Processing and submitting paperwork, to include change of agency procedures, deceased client procedures, and other client instructions.
  • Effective and appropriate use of IT systems, including ensuring documents uploaded, completed, and saved in appropriate locations, and use of XPLAN systems to manage workflows.
  • Attendance at regular operations meetings to discuss ongoing work and raise any queries
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience working for a Financial Planning company or Independent Financial Adviser.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing quality client service.
  • Good knowledge of and confidence in using Microsoft Office.
  • Great team working skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience using XPLAN would be desirable, although not essential.
