Are you an Estimator with good knowledge of CAD We are recruiting for a CAD Estimator to join a well established engineering and fabrication company in their state of the art facilities in Humber Bank.This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with occasional Saturday working with a salary of £26-30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including free parking and a canteen onsite!As CAD Estimator you will report into the Laser Department Manager working in a team of 4, to ensure that all Cad related tasks and activities are fulfilled in line with working procedures of the laser department.You will be responsible for the drawing, completion and processing of design work and quotations for laser cut jobs, liaising with the customer from enquiry through to delivery. This will involve defining the job specification with the client and outline requirementsfor manufacture, prepare and revise quotations, variation and estimates, coordinate specifications and design work to produce technical drawings as well as nesting and organisingcut lists for internal and external customers ensuring delivery targets are met.We are keen to hear from applicants with CAD experience, engineering knowledge and ideally you will be a time served tradesperson. Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD (AutoCAD Lite), and nesting is required along with excellent communication skills with the ability to problem solve and manage time well.This role would suit: Design Engineer, CAD Technician, CAD Engineer, Estimator, CAD EstimatorCommutable from: Grimsby, Immingham, Keelby, Humberston, Laceby, Cleethorpes, Waltham, Hooton-le-Clay
