Job Description

Surveying Administrator (Full Time with 2 days working from home once fully trained)BARNSLEYContact Halo Personnel for salary detalsHours of work Mon-Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (45 minutes lunch) Fri- 08:30 - 16:00 (1-hour lunch)The Field-Surveying Team of a local, privately owned manufacturer of fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture is looking to make an addition to their team.In order to fulfil the role of Surveying Administrator, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and be capable of working under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Processing kitchen orders using our Extranet system.
  • Querying orders with contractors via e-mail and telephone.
  • Updating and distributing Excel spreadsheets.
  • Undertaking other such duties and responsibilities, as and when requested.
You must have:
  • Key eye for detail and have some experience with basic data-input on to Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both on the phone and via email
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivation and willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain deadlines and be personally presentable at all times
