Elevation have the pleasure of working with an industry leading, multi-million-pound plc business based in Barnsley who are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer.Salary: £37,200Location: BarnsleyHours: 4 shifts-Days, Afters, Nights, Weekend shifts on weekly rotationA few of the many Benefits: *One of the largest Manufacturers within Yorkshire*Competitive annual salary*On-going training *Opportunities for progression for right candidates! *Overtime available*Holidays for years serviceDuties of this position:*Being proactive within the job focussing on preventative maintenance as well as reactive maintenance of the infrastructure and Mechanical Control Systems.*Attending to breakdowns*Actively working on a continual improvement project to ensure yourself and the company are the best it can be!*Dealing with PPMs *Working within a team environment*Stock checks on a regular basisDesired experience:*You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based)*It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essential *Ideally have 3 years experience within a similar environment/ job role *Must have manufacturing experience. *Must be happy working all 4 shifts on weekly rotation*Have experience of Fault finding withing previous roles.*Have experience of working within an Electrical Maintenance Engineering role previously*Must be happy within a team environment, whilst also being capable of working from own initiative *Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential)*You must be open minded and flexible to change with the needs and growth of the business*Ideally have FMCG experience within previous rolesFor further details please contact Beth Roberts at Elevation.REFER A FRIEND!
