Our client has an exciting opportunity available for an Account Manager – National Housebuilding to join their team based in Barnsley. They are currently seeking the very best people, to further strengthen their position within the industry by appointing dedicated individuals to share in their success.The Account Manager role is field-based and will involve travel throughout the country with occasional overnight stays. Working with a number of our existing national housebuilder and developer partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing all aspects of our relationship and business interaction at group level.Key responsibilities of their Account Manager will include: - Liaising with key customer contacts at senior group and regional level- Developing group specifications and overseeing national design portfolios- Ensuring internal stakeholders are notified of group specifications and agreements- Creating reports on performance for regular customer reviews- Extracting information from our system to support review meetings- Responding to customer requests for information and provide feedback- Providing clear pricing files from National agreement quotations- Corresponding with customer contacts in a professional manner both verbally and in writing.The Account Manager must have:- Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong presentation and IT skills- A keen eye for detail as accuracy is essential- An understanding of the UK Kitchen Market products, design/quotation systems or experience in similar customer focused roles is preferred but not essential- A full UK driving licence.You will also be:- Able to work under own initiative and prioritise tasks- Able to communicate confidently with customers at all levels- Willing to learn new personal skills and develop within the roleSo, if this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you and you’d like to become their Account Manager then please click ‘apply’ today – don’t miss out, they would love to hear from you!
