Location: Abbey Veterinary Group - GreenockJob Type: Full timeContract Type: PermanentSalary: Salary of £23,000 to £28,000 depending on experienceAbbey Vets, Greenock are looking for proactive and compassionate RVNs to join our dedicated and caring team. We are a well-established, friendly, mixed practice with surgeries in Paisley and Greenock. You will be joining a support network of vets, nurses,ACAs and receptionists.We aim to provide excellent first opinion care to our patients, and a great service to our loyal, long-standing clients. Duties are based on a rota system consisting of; caring for both medical and surgical patients post op, assisting vets in both theatreand prep area, ordering and stock control of pharmacy, caring for isolation patients and lab work. Personal growth is actively encouraged and we would welcome candidates looking to do further qualifications.Our facilities include the latest Karl Storz laparoscopy equipment for performing lap speys, fully equipped lab with the latest haematology, biochemistry, electrolyte and therapeutic monitoring, ultrasound scanner, digital radiography, including dental x-raymachine, endoscope and the latest dental machine, instruments and equipment.Greenock is a historic town on the banks of the river Clyde, with stunning views across to the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park and coastal towns and beaches all nearby. There are great transport links by bus, train and ferry to nearby placessuch as Glasgow, Dunoon and Largs.
