Personal Injury Solicitor - Scottish Qualified A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Scottish Qualified Legal Professional within Personal Inquiry Law. Job Description This company is looking for a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join their team as a Personal Injury Solicitor. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law and the personal injury process, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is Fully remote working and can bedone from home, flexible on location. Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on their legal rights and options following personal injury legislation.
Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
Negotiating settlements with insurers
Representing clients in court

Qualifications and Experience

Qualified Scottish solicitor
2+ years experience in personal injury law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills

Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence
Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls
Use of Proclaim
