In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and progressive organization, within a dynamic team environment that offerstangible opportunities for career advancement.Reporting to the Broker Sales and Support Team Manager, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming queries from European brokers and intermediaries, meeting their needs and closing sales when appropriate. You will also be responsible for generatingsales through outbound calls and developing relationships with key brokers and partners.As a German-speaking Broker Sales Executive, you will also play a role in supporting various aspects of our Broker Service, ensuring a customer-centric approach and achieving the following metrics:- Sales- Broker Channel development and Relationship Management- PersistencyMain duties and responsibilities: - Strive to achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales- Effectively communicate with the team and senior management- Provide exceptional broker support, aiming for first-contact resolution- Ensure compliance with operating procedures and regulations in accordance with FSA and Cigna guidelines- Monitor turnaround times to ensure timely resolution of contacts- Build relationships with internal departments to optimize resources for the benefit of brokers- Actively support team members and provide resources to achieve operational goalsExperience Required: - Previous experience in a sales/revenue generation role is essential- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment- Experience in a multilingual capacity would be advantageous- Preferred minimum of 2 years of sales experience- Preference for outbound B2B sales experience or solid knowledge of insurance products- Proven track record of successSkills and Qualities: - Fluency in German and English (fluency in Spanish is also desirable but not essential)- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively suggest and implement process improvements- Effective organization, prioritization, and workload management to meet individual and team targets- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities- Quick identification of customer needs in a professional and confident manner- Exercise sound judgment- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic- Flexibility and openness to change
