Job Description

You will predominantly be working from site and have responsibility for providing a caretaking service across our new homes.Youll be an integral part of ensuring our neighbourhoods stay in excellent condition.Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that our estates are kept in good order and provide an environment where our residents are happy to live
  • To liaise between tenants, internal and external contractors, and housing and property teams
  • Managing and carrying out a programme of routine checks and maintenance to the internal and external communal areas
  • Carry out appropriate minor works as required or raise works orders for work that is the responsibility of our Property Team
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • The ability and knowledge to carry out appropriate minor works as required
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies
