Job Description

Reporting to and working closely with the operations Team Leader you will be the driving force behind the Production SOP and best practice.Class leading 3-year graphics training programme incorporating illustrator and photoshop to industry standard level. With 360-degree feedback, modular training and continuous assessment and examination. Successful candidate will demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills combined with IT skills. Key to success is a willingness to learn, punctuality and reliability.This role is apprentice based which means there is 4 days on the job training complimented by one day per week at college.You will attend production pre-art meetings with a quality assurance attitude to eliminate production waste, increasing flow by assisting production teams produce colour correct artwork right first time.You will drive new systems via the BI Team and within the 5PP framework. Best Practices and SOPs to ensure delivery to Brand Guidelines consistently. This persons organisational skills will ensure the Brand Team meet their KPIs, right first time.What youll deliver:

  • Communicate production requirements with Brand, Operations and Client Services teams.
  • Communicate production activity with Brand, Operations and Client Services teams.
  • Communicate break downs in procedure to the operations Team Leader, Client Services teams and the Business Improvement team.
  • Maintain and update Brand specific points of reference and shared asset stores.
  • Promote Brand Quality Assurance. Special attention being paid to improving the quality of all inputs available to Production Partners and checking outputs are On Brand according to Brand Guidelines and requirements of the brief.
  • Assist with the production of artwork and/or QC of artwork when required.
  • Ensure activities integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policiesand general duty of care.
  • Create and/or Maintain Brand Guidelines and communicate changes withinthe Brand and Production teams.
  • Promote current Company Strategies and Methodology within the Brand, Production and Client Services teams.
  • Engage with the Business Improvement team to identify areas of improvement within production and/or client services.
