MARKETING MANAGER Location: GreenfordSalary: £35k - £40kWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, talented, proactive and multi-channel Marketing Specialist to join an innovative Company in Greenford and to develop and manage all aspects of their Marketing Activity and Digital Marketing Communication.They are looking for a Creative, Innovative and Ambitious individual to help guide their brand into new areas, grow existing areas, maximise and optimise ongoing initiatives.The ideal Marketing Manager will have great exposure across the entire marketing spectrum and be able to effectively create, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.Our client is a worldwide recognised e-liquid brand. They are dedicated to making it an easier transition by creating e-liquid flavours that can be easily consumed on a daily basis and enjoyed as a substitute to their old habits.Their vision is to deliver premium products, excellent customer service and a world-class experience.Job PurposeThe Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the companys marketing initiatives. Market research and analysis will be at the forefront of your role to direct marketing strategy and planning. You will be overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns as well as reporting marketing and sales results to senior executives.You will have a strong digital-first attitude and you will have hands on experience across PPC, SEO, CRM and eCRM. You will have solid experience of tracking ROI and using data to improve campaign performance. You will have experience of marketing with attention to detail and strategy to include triggered programmes and targetingMain Duties and Responsibilities• Executing key campaigns including taking ownership of digital campaigns which includes asset development and production for all Social Media Platforms.• Manage and update the website content ensuring the website is SEO optimised.• Develop & Create physical merchandise for B2B & B2C Customers, whilst also looking at new opportunities.• Plan events and co-ordinate exhibitions around the world.• Work closely with their influencer team to maximise the success of the brand.• Track brand and campaign performance, digital activity, web stats and produce regular reports and presentations if needed.• Building the brand proposition in the hearts and minds of customers.• Developing B2B / B2C marketing strategies across target customers, existing sales and marketing collateral.• The rebuild of the website if needed• Having strong communication by using interpersonal and collaborative skills to bring their core product proposition to life and enable others to do the same.• Natural storytelling by intuitively crafting persuasive and compelling product stories.• Prior experience working for a scaling growing B2B company is a must.• Manage production of brand content including lifestyle images and videos and be comfortable in managing production to ensure all assets are in line with brand guidelines and on budget.• Executing key campaigns including taking ownership of digital campaigns which includes asset development, producing toolkits and presentations.• Develop & Create email marketing campaigns to target B2B & B2C consumers.• Ensuring you have an analytical mind and are able to use tools and services to identify content generation ideas.• Public relations focused overview on all outbound media, ensuring a positive public image.What you will bring to our organisation• Trello experience• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop experience• Experience co-ordinating and managing external freelancers• Planning the creative campaign content• Experience with print advertising and artwork creation• Manage the production of brand content including lifestyle images and videos whilst being comfortable in managing production to ensure all assets are in line with brand guidelines and remain on budget.• Experience in managing the process of rebuilding a website• Experience in researching and analysing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies• Working within a department’s budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service• Knowledge of tracking all marketing and sales data and creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations (if needed) to bring to senior executives• Involvement with adjusting marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedbackRight & Square Recruitment is an employment agency and employment business Required skills
