**LOOKING FOR FULL TIME WORK TO SUIT YOU**Heres a great opportunity to work for our clients based in the Greenford area. We are recruiting for Despatch Team Leader on a full-time basis.To ensure compliance with all company procedures and to assist the supervisors and managers in all areas of management and ensure efficient performance of despatch, while working closely with Cartoning to reduce shortages. Shift:Afternoon shift - 15:00 to 23:15Rota: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturday. Thursdays and Sundays will be days off. But rotation on Sunday for stock taking.Pay Rates starting at:Basic - £13.64 per hourOvertime - £17.73 per hour after 37.5hrs/weekKEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Adherence to Health & Safety at work.* Ensure daily case pick rate is achieved and maximised.* Ensure correct MLOR stock rotation is carried out during picking.* Be proactive and communicate potential issues affecting customer despatch to Supervisor.* Ensure pallets are correctly shrink wrapped.* Assist in loading and unloading of trailers.SKILL REQUIREMENTS * English and Numerical skill should be able to speak and understand English * Use by dates and depot dates. Maintaining product temperature. * Managing people, hit KPI targets.
