Job Description

A leading Oil & Gas Engineering business in Great Yarmouth are looking to hire a QHSE & Inspector Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis, taking full responsibility for ensuring that QHSE functions are managed, inline with the businesses requirements.Reporting into the QHSE & Production Manager, youll support with the maintenance of the businesses Integrated Management System, ensuring standards ISO 9001, OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 are upheld.Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform QHSE audits
  • Deal with suppliers and clients on compliance concerns.
  • Create records, such as non-conformance reports etc, and follow up / close out.
  • Complete inspections, such as fabrication checks, MCCRs and component receipt.
  • Supplier surveillance: NDT, Load Test & coatings.
  • Review fabricator & Client welding documentation.
  • Collect, analyse, and report QHSE data
  • Managing 3rd party verification audits.
  • Management of calibration system documentation.
  • Risk Assessment review and compilation.
  • COSHH.
  • File QHSE documentation.
In order for your application to be considered, youll need the following skills, experience and qualifications:
  • Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
  • IOSH qualification.
  • Experience of a similar role in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Creating and updating QHSE/Engineering documentation.
  • Experience of Welding Procedure Specifications & Welder Qualification Test
In return youll receive a competitive salary of up to £38,000, as well as a generous benefits package.
