The HR Advisor will report to the HR Manager, and will carry out a full generalist role providing high quality, professional and proactive advice to senior and middle managers on all HR related matters. This will include case management – some of whichwill be complex, recruitment and selection, change management, absence management, discipline, grievance, restructuring, job design, job evaluation and grading as well as general policy advice and delivery of some training. You will also be required to provide advice, guidance, and support to staff, including on matters relating to their employment, policies and health and wellbeing and will be responsible for the line management of one of the HR administrators. About youIdeally you will be qualified to Level 5 CIPD, or have recent HR generalist experience, including a good practical knowledge and understanding of the core HR activities and current employment law, as well as first-class interpersonal and listening skills.You will be adept at working at pace and juggling competing demands whilst delivering a high quality service.In addition, you will be a team player who is prepared to support where needed, an excellent communicator with a track record of building relationships, delivery of timely and accurate HR solutions and the proven ability to act on your own initiative.This role is offered as a fixed term contract with an immediate start, hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office.For further details, please contact Becky Wilson
