They need Support Workers in the Great Wakering area to make their vision a reality.Position: Support Worker Location: Great Wakering, EssexJob type: Full Time, Part Time and Relief hours available (guaranteed hours), up to 39 hours per week - This role is shift workSalary: £8.72 per hour overtime and sleep-ins availableFull induction process, outstanding training opportunities, development and career progression, opportunities to gain recognised qualifications, free DBS screening.About the role: The role of a Support Worker is to ensure the people you work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.Supporting someone with Learning Disabilities isn’t just personal care; it’s so much more. A Support Worker could be taking the people supported swimming, assisting with the weekly shop, or even helping to administer the right medication.The role of role Support Worker is incredibly varied, you will be supporting people with all aspects of daily living and no two days are the same.About You:As a Support Worker in this service you dont need to have worked in supported living before. If you are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, this is for you.Youll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
