Job Description

I’m currently working with a fantastic law firm based near Godmanchester. They’re looking for someone to join the team who is proactive and looking to grow with a company within the legal industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and storing documents electronically using their case management system.
  • Handle client and colleague queries and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Create and update client records on our bespoke database.
  • Provide valuable support to new team members through training and assisting with starter documentation.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience working within an office role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong multitasking abilities, allowing you to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
