BUSINESS STANDARDS AND ADMINISTRATION CO-ORDNIATOR - MATERNITY COVER 6 MONTHSRecruiting for your futureOur client is one of the worlds leaders in explosives, demolition and drilling and blasting.Founded in 1893 and headquartered in Paris, our client has enjoyed a reputation for effective solutions, technological innovation, and high-quality customer service for over 120 years and they are looking for a Business Standards and Administration Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month contract. Business Standards and Administration Co-ordinator - Maternity cover 6 months£22-24k Basic Salary DOE | Mon-Fri | 8:30am-4pm | 6-month contract | Harwich | driving license required due to office location | Business Standards | Level 3 NVQ in Administration | ISO | Health and Safety | Enthusiastic | Communicationskills | Knowledge of quality assurance process and procedures |The Business Standards & Administration Co-ordinator works with the business to plan, organise, direct, and lead the personnel and work process of the business standards improvement program on a day-to-day basis. This role will have responsibility to ensurebusiness activities conformance to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and corporate policy. This role, in conjunction with the General Manager, will have responsibility to manage and maintain additives key customers. Responsible for; The administrationpoolDuties (include but are not limited to):

  • First point of contact for all Additives customers and raw material suppliers
  • Co-ordinate all 2EHN sales ensuring the process is followed
  • Manage the contractor control process including contractors and customers
  • Produce SHEQ reporting from the management system
  • Manage administration contractors
  • Note take for all management meetings including strictly confidential meetings
  • To ensure the site management systems are kept updated and in the correct format
  • Liaise with relevant line managers to assist in implementation and maintaining OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, and other Business relevant Standards.
  • To administer and expedite any corrective actions
  • To perform audits of all Business Management Systems as per the Audit Schedule
  • Develop Audit schedule in line with Business Management Systems.
  • Manage and execute audits for Business Management Systems as per audit schedule
  • Ensure corrective actions are responded to effectively.
  • Assists with the coordination and preparation of relevant meetings, recording those and distribution of Minutes.
  • Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarising quality assurance findings
  • Responsible for achieving a satisfactory working environment between other departments performing quality-assurance activities.
  • Maintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.
  • General office duties and Administration services for EBI divisions.
  • Archiving
  • Any other duties requested by Senior Management that are reasonable and consistent with the role
Person Specification:
  • Must have UK Full Driving license due to office location
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications
  • NVQ Level 3 Administration
  • Internal Auditor
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance process and procedures e.g., ISO 9001
  • Good communicator and team member
  • Literate and numerate
  • Good timekeeper
  • Professional Manner
  • Enthusiastic team member with can do attitude and excellent communication skills at all levels
