Job Description

My client; a specialist manufacturer and distributor to the civils & drainage, plumbing and water management sectors.Due to business needs our client is looking to appoint a full-time Production Operative. This role will involve working as part of the Production team ensuring customers receive quality products in a timely manner working closely with the Production andLogistics Supervisor:

  • Responsible for assembly, packing, and despatch of all company products.
  • Assist with Goods Inwards.
  • To work with the Lining team on wet-outs and delivery of products;
  • Preparing and carrying out liner pre-impregnations
  • Ensuring products are produced to customer specifications and requirements
  • Work in-line company procedures and Health & Safety requirements
  • To work as part of a proactive team
  • Provide supervisory cover as and when required.
  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Be enthusiastic and have experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Be a supportive team player.
  • This is a hands-on role; therefore, some lifting will be involved.
  • Flexibility is essential as the role may involve irregular hours, working off-site.
  • Would be desirable to hold a current Forklift Operators Licence; a Flexi-truck licence.
