Working as part of a flourishing Year 6 team you will use your natural patience, understanding and compassion to help run smallgroup interventions in preparation for SATs and also help generally in the classroom supporting the teacher.Your role will be to give these children an equal footing with some personalised and tailored learning, helping them catch up with any learning lost or with particular topics they just havent got their heads around yet.
