You will be professional and safety conscious in your outlook, with a helpful and productive attitude.Office Manager - Responsibilities include: ensure the smooth running of the sales office on a day-to-day basis management of the sales office personnel closely monitor the orders and deal with any anomalies to ensure we are correctly processing orders inputting customer orders maintaining various pricing spreadsheets produce invoices, certificate of analysis / certificate of conformity and exchange notes when required dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries liaising with staff, suppliers and customers carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline staff promote staff development and training implement and promote equality and diversity policy Manage and process any import documentation requirementsSkills required Previous sales administration and office management experience within a similar environment excellent organisational and time-management skills knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly-used office packages strong IT and typing skills the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team the ability to manage your workload and supervise others concurrently attention to detail flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads a problem-solving approach to workIf you feel that you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role then apply today!
