We are looking for an ambitious Pharmacist, to be the Superintendent Pharmacist at an exciting new distance-selling pharmacy business in Grantham, initially focussing on MDS dispensing.This role is for a well-established GP Federation of 16 practices in South West Lincolnshire. We aim to support our member practices and their patient population, by delivering services to reinforce their sustainability and resilience in what has become a verychallenging Primary Care landscape. Our philosophy is to utilise cutting-edge technology to automate and innovate safe, affordable health care while delivering exceptional customer service. Were passionate about making the provision of MDS dispensing accessiblefor our patient population and our member practices.The business itself is a distance selling operation, so we wont be offering any direct services to patients in the first phase of development so its a good opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their pharmacy career. As the nominated individual on the Pharmacy licence, youll have responsibilities in house to look after the Pharmacy side of things, such as SOPs, staffing and clinical responsibility whilst being supported by our ever-growing team of Federation staff, whoare based in the same building. You will be responsible for developing and supporting all aspects of the pharmacy, to ensure high-quality, innovative and up-to-date services, which will consistently meet the needs of our patients.The right individual will be commercially focussed with excellent clinical skills and someone who can effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.Key Duties
