Job Description

Site based HR Admin role in Grantham, working 8 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday for immediate start.You will be working with a dedicated and hardworking HR team providing cover for one of the team who has been seconded to another project. Ideally with experience previously working in a fast-paced HR Admin support role, you will enjoy a challenge and pride yourself in delivering accurate support at pace and under pressure.You will be:

  • Updating the HR management system with employee details
  • Arranging meetings and updating and managing the diary for your HR team.
  • Support with recruitment campaigns - placing adverts, responding to candidates, confirming interviews and so on.
  • Providing support to HR projects as directed.
  • The role will suit you if you have experience working in a highly detailed compliant administrative environment - although previous HR experience is desirable. You will be working on site so need to have transport, and be confident working in an office environment.
