Your key responsibilities will include:Line Management: Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.Staff Training and Induction: Facilitate ongoing training and ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.Void Management: Efficiently manage vacant properties to minimize downtime and ensure timely occupancy.Case Management: Oversee the management of cases, ensuring a comprehensive and person-centered approach to support.Arrears Management: Implement strategies to address and reduce arrears, promoting financial stability for service users.Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery, meeting all contractual and organizational requirements.Requirements:
