The setting has just had a £500,000 makeover to theGrade II listed building. The location truly offers the perfect location for all occasions, The fresh new look combined with a bold new cuisine driven menu is a chefs delight.Whats involvedAs a Restaurant Manager/Pub Manager, you will be required to manage a team as well as the ability to lead from the front and drive business forward. Your role will involve being the face of the pub, ensuring the guest experience is unrivalled and all theirneeds are catered too. Experience in a supervisory managerial role in a high-quality establishment is essential.We are looking for someone that can taking a leading role in managing the day to day running of the business, playing a key role in driving sales and reputation and making sure that the team are engaged, trained, and developed.Key responsibilities will include.- Stock & cash control.- Sales driving and client experience.- Team induction & development and training.- Knowledge of health and safety, licensing and fire safety policies and practices.- Experience of a high-volume operation and have the ability to support where required.- Be a strong team player who leads a team by example.- Be highly focused, articulate in communication and a passion for hospitality with an appreciation of good food and wine.Please contact Maria Jarvis at City Group Recruitment as we are the sole recruitment agent and working exclusively for our client.
