Hiring a Business Development Manager to deliver projects, bringing new ideas in the field of Digital Technologies for our Middlesbrough based client. You will be a proactive team player who can generate leads and collaborate with stakeholders to innovateand achieve continuous improvement, driving the organisations strategic direction.In this is a full-time permanent role offering competitive remuneration and benefits package, you will source potential research funding opportunities, nurture relationships and promote services whilst representing the business at networking events.You will have:* A degree in a relevant discipline* Previous demonstrable success in commercial and grant proposal writing and assembly of project delivery teams* Knowledge of foundation industry products, processes and challenges* Extensive understanding of metals, glass, ceramics, paper, cement or bulk chemicals production* Ability to lead projects with commercial awareness, technical understanding and previous experience of UKRI or European funding competitionsBenefits include 35 days holiday including 8 Bank Holidays and 2 additional days we use to cover the Christmas period; employee discounts scheme; private medical insurance; stakeholder pension up to a maximum 9% contribution from the Institute, on site gymand hybrid and flexible working.If you are a strong communicator with good time management and coordination skills, please submit your CV to be considered for the Business Development Manager opportunity.
