Warehouse / Forklift Driver Team Leader will be responsible for planning workload and leading the warehouse forklift team members with a hands-on approach.

Description

Daily activity planning, leading, and coaching of Forklift Drivers Team. Coordination as well as encouraging innovation and creativity.
Labour planning.
Health & Safety orientated, delivering improvements and investigations in a timely manner
Coordinating & planning inbound activity and own the efficient and accurate receipt of goods (dry and cased) in warehouse, both physically and in ERP system
Ownership over the pick and prepare of sales orders process, in line with the SOPs, department KPIs and customers requirements
Coordinate the despatch process. Ownership over loading process from safety and technical aspect point of view.
Stock accuracy ownership and timely delivery of stock discrepancies investigations.

Previous experience working in a warehouse supervisory role within the FMCG or drinks industry.
A strong track record of facilitating performance for an operations team, consistently delivering targets.
Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office and HMRC requirements.
Knowledge of HMRC rules and restrictions handling bonded goods.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive cultural change and develop talent.
Excellent planning and organisation skills with a continuous improvement mind set.
