Job Description

Manpower is currently looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator for our client in Grangemouth. You will actively engage in the site safety requirements and support transport planning with customers and drivers.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting site management in achieving compliance obligations including Inventory, financial, health and safety and Transport.
  • Liaising with Workshops and Customer Service teams to ensure the effective routing of all vehicles at your disposal.
  • Dealing effectively with customer complaints relating to transport activities.
  • Ensuring all loads are reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring driver feedback is reported and Master data is updated.
Requirements:
  • Have experience working within the transport industry
  • Have knowledge of Driving hours rules and regulations
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
  • Be computer literate with experience using MS Office
  • Be well organised
