Base Location: GrangemouthSalary: £35,850 - £47,346 per annum, depending on experience plus excellent benefits packageWorking Pattern: Permanent | Full time 38 hoursAbout the DepartmentSSE Enterprise Contracting is one of the UKs largest Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractors with a product/service portfolio ranging from M&E LV, HV, Instrumentation, Street Lighting, Facilities Management through to Combined Heat and Power solutions.What is the RoleIn this role youll be reporting to the SSE and Client Managers/Engineers and working within an experienced maintenance team, ensuring maximum availability for the production plant across site.Youll be working on a shift pattern on plant breakdowns/shut downs to keep the plant running efficiently to maximum capacity through good standards of maintenance and fault-finding skills. Finally, youll also repair and capture all appropriate breakdown details.What Do I NeedTo be successful in this role, youll be site trained in the maintenance of instrumentation and will be classroom trained in an instrument appreciation. Youll be a time served approved electrician (JIB Approved) with Safety Passport Training (may be arranged if required) who can demonstrate electrical maintenance experience and heavy industrial experience.Youll ultimately be classified as an E&I multi-disciplined Maintenance Operative with 17th edition wiring regulations (with view to training to 18th edition), 2391 Test and Inspection, Familiarity in Control and Instrumentation, have First Aid training and COMPEX EX01 - EX04 (ATEX Hazardous Area Training).Our BenefitsWere committed to ensuring we offer our people a great place to work, with competitive salary, contributory pension plan and benefits package.
