Job Description

We are currently looking for an Internal Salesperson to join our busy team in Grangemouth, FK3 8TT!Salary: £19,500 per annumWork Days: Monday - FridayInternal Sales Duties:

  • Handle incoming sales calls in a polite, quick, and efficient manner
  • Provide responses to price enquiries
  • Check stock and deal with customer enquiries professionally
  • Sales order processing
  • Be proactiveincluding making externals call to existing and new customers
  • Direct calls, provide information to callers, take and relay messages
  • Ensure all sales administration is actioned and is up to date
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required.

  • Confidence with the ability to take responsibility
  • Ability to learn quickly, respond positively to changing demands, embrace and implement new ideas in a fluid and growing operation
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Has 2 A Levels and GCSEs in English and Maths.
