Job Title - Customer Service AdministratorLocation - GrangemouthSalary - £25k + performance based bonus Hours - 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday Our client, alogisticscompany, are looking for aCustomer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join aprogressive company where no two days will look the same. The successful candidate will have previous experiencewithin customer service, fleet management or logistics. Key Responsibilities: * Arranging logistic support for customers* Dealing with any customer queries* Obtain accurate client job specification* Ensuring customers are updated on order progress * Adding jobs to the system and ensuring SLA timescales are maintained* Working closely with the team of traffic operators to ensure all operations run as planned* Carrying out customer aftercare* Ensuring all relevant charges are raised to the customer Skills:* Previous experience of working within a similar role* Customer service and call handling * Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines * Self-motivated with a positive attitude. You will be accomplished at handling multiple deadlines, providing business support in a fast-paced environment whilst providing excellent customer service.
