We will offer full training to the right candidate,giving you a great opportunity to develop yourself.However, there are some skills and experience we require from you:

  • Previous experience in an Administrator or Customer service role
  • Confident using Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills
What will I be doing in the roleOnce trained you will help the department with;
  • Continued management of Parkend and Scotframe Ledger, maintaining clean aged debt and meeting cash target
  • Responsible for monthly collection letter list, statements, letter 1 & 2.
  • Managing disputes
  • Processing and opening new accounts
  • Processing / analysing credit limit increases
  • Managing overtrade, order releases
