BUSINESS Account Manager based at our branch in Grangemouth FK3 - £28000 + great commission + benefitsYou will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships. This role requires a candidate with excellent Sales & Negotiation skills with the ability to win business.Duties: Taking INBOUND CALLS & Outbound calls, Building relationships with clients, advising of new services resolving queries etc. Customer Service, Speaking to clients who are placing orders....building relationships with regulars....To include all aspects of account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently responding to customer inquiries. You will needa Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role involving Telemarketing, up selling or proactive calls.70% office based 30% client visits ( Expenses / Fuel paid for)Collaborate with Internal Marketing Department to identify campaigns and target lead profiles for new and existing opportunities. Achieve highest standards in customer excellence and adhere to customer complaints procedures wherever required. Identifieslapsed business from company data and external sources/lead generation and re-engaging with those customers to regain the opportunity to increase volume and gross margin for the company.Engage with potential customers by phone/e-mail/social media to grow prospects and sales.Hours are 8am - 5pm
