Job Description

AdministratorStirlingshire based | office based roleTemp to Permanent role | Full-Time - Monday to FridayUp to £12.00 per hour / £22,000 per annum - depending on experienceSearch Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a leading client in Grangemouth to recruit an experienced Administrator on a Full-Time basis, initially as a temp, progressing to permanent in the new year. The purpose of this role will be to providecomprehensive administration experience to a number of functions within the business.Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Assisting with administration across the scheduling & maintenance side of the business
  • Supporting the finance team with their administration
  • Ensuring that all clients are given the best possible service at all times, providing them with contracts & maintenance updates
  • Extensive problem solving as well as managing customer expectations & timescales
  • Working on the companys CRM database system, ensuring its kept up to date
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
  • Previous, recent and relevant experience in an Admin or PA role
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a very busy workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid IT skills including Word & Excel - candidates with CRM system experience would be at an advantage
