Job Description

Are you looking to take the next step in your Property career We are working with very well established Estate Agency in Winchmore Hill who have an extensive portfolio with some of the most luxurious properties in the area. They are looking for an ambitiousand detail orientated Lettings Administrator to join their team.You will be:

• Responsible for reviewing/drafting tenancy documentation.
• Administering and maintaining files ensuring they are in accordance with company policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
• Coordinating pre-tenancy requirements with Landlords, Tenants and company branches.
• Logging deposits and dealing with any dispute claims
• Carrying out Inspection.
• Liaising with contractors.
• Arrange certificates.

You will have:

• Experience working in lettings administration or something similar.
• High level of IT skills (word, excel, Alto etc).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of lettings and tenancy legislation and contract requirements.
