Technical Business Analyst - £32,000-£36,000+Benefits - WakefieldMy client is a leading UK Brand in the Fashion Retail industry. Due to continued growth we have 3 new positions for TechnicalBusiness Analyst to join our Technical team.As our TechnicalBusiness Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, writing technical stories, and assisting with the design, testing, and implementation of both new and updatedbusiness applications. My client are going through a number of exciting system implementations and looking at improving the eCommerce platform. You will be working largely within an Agile environment though sometimes using Waterfall methodology too.The successful TechnicalBusiness Analyst will work with the users of the company IT systems and the other members of the IT Development team, to specify requirements, and design, test and implement new and updated businessapplications. The post holder will also carry out project management tasks to ensure that systems are built and delivered.On a daily basis theTechnical Business Analyst will be responsible for:

Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and gather requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
To document existing and new systems showing details of processes, decision points, information and data flow and any connections to other systems including data entry or exit points.
To provide coherent information to decision makers in the business regarding the viability and practicability of potential business systems.
To investigate potential solutions for identified business issues taking costs and business benefits into account.
Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
Create system design proposals.

To be in with a chance of being one of our new TechnicalBusiness Analyst you should have at least a couple of years prior experience in a similar role. You will have worked to Agile methodology and have worked on multipleIT System Projects.
