Job Description

Planning Coordinator

  • Duration - Permanent
  • Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Salary - £18,500pa
  • Location - Grange Moor
Duties
  • To plan all jobs for Field Engineers across the UK
  • Speaking with customers to confirm the attendance to the Engineers to undertake the required maintenance and service work
  • Allocating the jobs to meet the skills of the appropriate Engineer
  • Re-booking the Engineers jobs if they have been called to attend urgent breakdowns
  • Maintaining records of all bookings on the internal database
  • Monitoring in the company email inbox for new customer requirements
