Working closely with the Content Publishing Team, you will work on a key strategic project, ensuring our digital content strategy is visible, understood and applied.We’re looking for someone who will love working as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment – supporting a key business project to provide an uplifting experience for all our customers and making them happier about moneyHere’s what you’ll be doing:• Lead on complex cross-bank content design projects with multiple stakeholders.• Deliver our digital content standards, tone of voice and be a champion for content strategy best practices.• Take responsibility for content quality throughout the product development process ensuring content is always on tone and on brand.• Work closely with senior stakeholders to resolve problems and develop future projects.• Provide mentorship and direction to other content designers.• Promote the content design discipline by engaging with the cross-bank community.You’ll need to have the following skills:• Be able to influence business direction with strategic design thinking.• An expert at designing content for digital services, with a proven track record of success.• Be a strong leader, both internally within a design team and externally with senior stakeholders. • Be able to influence and challenge internal functions to ensure that the user experience and customer needs are always at the core of what we deliver. • Exceptionally well-organised, and able to establish working practices for a team of people.• Proven experience of working at a senior level within this area of design.It’s a bonus if you have:• Experience of creating and iterating content across multiple digital channels including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional sales or product servicing content.• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, User Research, Engineering, Commercial and Marketing teams.• Experience of defining and implementing a brand tone of voice.• A background in copywriting, UX writing or writing for the web.• Knowledge of style guides, pattern libraries and content modelling.• Knowledge of content management systems.• Experience with Agile development process.RED HOT Rewards• A generous holiday package and the option to buy more!• Private Medical Insurance - with the option to extend to family members.• Pension!
