Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challengeI am currently recruiting on behalf of an amazing 62 bed home based in the heart of Cross Hands that is seeking a new Registered manager to join their team.The main purpose of the role of the is to lead and manage the residential home to the highest of standards and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents of the home. As registered manager you will promote a supportive and enablingenvironment, focusing on well-being of the team and residents.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home.• Ensure care services are compliant with relevant legislation and meet/exceed standards set by regulatory bodies.• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient service.• Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure excellence in care delivery.• Manage and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.• Promote a positive culture that supports staff well-being and professional growth.• Handle budgeting and financial management for the home.• Participate in strategic planning and service development to improve care standards and outcomes.To be suitable for the role:• Hold a Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care Services or equivalent qualification.• Familiarity with safeguarding procedures for both adults• Experience of maintaining a home under CIW Regulations• Proven leadership and management experience in a residential or Nursing home setting.Benefits of the role:• A starting offering salary of £35k• A supportive and friendly working environment• Internal company PerksInterest in the role Please apply or for any enquires regarding the role please contact
